Latitude may seem like the new kid on the block, but it’s taken us almost a hundred years to become an overnight success. Digital payments, cards, loans, and insurance is what we offer - but what we really are is a platform that helps people shop and live better.

On the Canvas Design System team, we work across multiple Workday product areas, alongside specialized application designers and engineers. Our job is to consider things at a system level, ensuring consistency and coherence while solving the specific user problem at hand. We work with our Canvas Kit (React/HTML/CSS) development teams to contribute to the library of components, consult on features and patterns, maintain documentation libraries — and a lot of other exciting stuff.
P.S. I interviewed with Codecademy, and it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend interviewing with this team.
